Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional position control system allowing inverse correction of coordinate values in a command space to coordinate values in a motion space by simple calculation processing of an iterative method under certainly converging conditions without using an inverse function and allowing input of the inversely corrected coordinate values.
SOLUTION: This system has a position control loop 10 controlling a three-dimensional motion machine, and a main control part 20 inputted with a target value. The main control part 20 has an adder 23 and a space error correction calculation circuit 22 correcting a spatial error of an output value of a position detector 12 by use of a prescribed correction function and outputting the corrected value to a measurement value output part as a measurement value, while a target value input part of the main control part 20 has a simple inverse correction calculation circuit 24 inversely correcting the coordinate values in the command space to the coordinate values in the motion space by the iterative method using the correction function with the coordinate values in the command space as an initial approximate solution to set the inversely corrected coordinate values to the target value inputted to the control loop 10. In this system, β=N-α>0 and 10-β≤K≤P/10 are satisfied, wherein α=log10L, L [mm] is a maximum shaft dimension among three dimensions of the motion machine, N is an effective calculation digit number of the inverse correction calculation circuit 24, K [mm] is a convergence decision value, and P [mm] is a measurement pitch of the spatial error correction.
