Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perfectly correct a three-dimensional shape and to enable precise processing by moving the apex or control punctual coordinates of the original three- dimensional figure or newly adding the same in order to correct the deformation of a shape due to the shrinkage of a resin and calculating and shaping a cross section from the three-dimensional figure.
CONSTITUTION: A cross section is calculated from the three-dimensional figure obtained by correcting the original three-dimensional figure inputted to a computer to perform shaping. A cylinder 2 having a piston 9 built therein is provided in a resin container 1 and a resin fixing stand 4 is attached to the piston 9 to hold the piston 9 within the cylinder 2 in a freely liftable manner. A resin soln. is discharged into the resin container 1 provided outside the cylinder 2 by the falling of the piston 9 so as not to flow backward to the resin fixing stand 4. The photo-setting resin soln. in the resin container 1 is emitted from a resin jet orifice 8 and the photo-setting resin soln. on the resin fixing stand 4 is leveled by a smooth plate 3 to form a resin film. Next, the resin film is irradiated with laser beam to obtain a shaped article corresponding to one layer and this operation is repeated to perform shaping while shaped articles are laminated.
