In this case, as the adhesive 2, a rear surface of the paper 1 is coated with an emulsion adhesive or the like. Then, the material 3 is adhered to the paper 1 along the three-dimensionally shaped front surface of the material 3 while being molded by a vacuum molding method, a soft lapping method, a mold pressing method or the like.
