The three-party matching system comprises an owner database, a prospect database, a basic data registration means for registering the demander information received from a demander terminal in the owner database and registering the prospect information in the prospect database, a three-party matching means for receiving the condition for a prospect necessary for a demander from the demander terminal, matching the condition among the three parties, and searching the optimal prospect for the demander, a selection means for receiving the selection information indicating which prospect the demander selects based on the result of the search, and an introduction means for transmitting a request from the demander for introduction to the selected prospect to an owner terminal possessed by the owner of the prospect indicated in the received selection information.
