Abstract:
To provide a three-phase induction motor whose degree of freedom of design is widened and which can reduce centrifugal electromagnetic force.
The three-phase induction motor includes a plurality of stator slots 11 which are provided to a stator 10 and wound with a primary-side coil, and a plurality of rotor slots 21 which are provided to a rotor 20 and faces the stator slots 11, the primary-side coils being wired in the stator slots 11 to be in-phase at intervals of 120°. The number of the rotor slots 21 is a number obtained by multiplying an odd number by 3.
