Abstract:
To solve the problem in that a three-phase load machine cannot be controlled with high accuracy because a linearity error cannot be detected.SOLUTION: A three-phase load drive device comprises: an energization control part that is conducted to three-phase load machines in six conduction patterns conducting a current of an inverse direction to the other one phase while being conducted to one phase of three-phase load machines; a conductive current detection part that detects each of two-phase conductive inter-current values conducted at a conduction in the six conduction patterns on the basis of the current value from a current sensor detecting the current value of each phase flowing in the three-phase load machine; and an error arithmetic part that calculates a conductive inter-error as a difference of an absolute value of the two-phase conductive inter-current values detected by the conductive current detection part in each of the six conduction patterns, and operates an estimation value of a liner error in accordance with the current value of each phase of the current sensor by using a pseudo inverse matrix of an operation matrix expressing a correspondence of the liner error in accordance with the current value of each phase of the current sensor and the conductive inter-error.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
