Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a three-way solenoid valve of a low cost in which the number of parts can be reduced, the plunger stroke can be stabilized, and the assebly line can be simplified.
CONSTITUTION: A bobbin 1 made by forming integrally an input port 2, an output port 3, an exhaust port 4, and valve seats 1d and 1e with a resin is prepared, a plunger 15 having a plunger seat 15c and a push rod 15a is inserted in the bobbin 1, the plunger 1 5 is energized in the direction of the valve seat by a spring 16, and a constantly opened type three-way solenoid valve is composed by making the plunger push rod 15a drive a ball 13 set in the input poat 2. Consequently, by integrating the valve seat part and the bobbin part, the number of parts and the assembly time can be reduced.
