Abstract:
To provide a three-way valve for flow control and a temperature control device, improved in sealability to a fluid of low temperature about -85°C, in comparison with a case when a pressure working portion does not have a cylindrical communication member sealed at both end portions along a longitudinal direction by sealing means energized in a direction to be opened by a metallic spring member and having a coating member composed of a synthetic resin having a substantially U-shaped cross section.SOLUTION: Pressure working portions 94, 96 are members for communicating inner surfaces of first and second valve port formation members to first and second outflow ports and configured to have cylindrical communication members sealed at both end portions along a longitudinal direction by sealing means energized in a direction to be opened by a metallic spring member and having a coating member composed of a synthetic resin having a substantially U-shaped cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
