This threshing section structure is so designed as to set up the transmission mechanism for a threshing equipment 4 on the lateral outside of a sidewall 16 below a feed chain F in the threshing apparatus 4 and provide a cover 20 for covering the transmission mechanism with the bottom of the cover 20 rendered opeable, and it is preferable that a lid member 20A for opening/closing the bottom of the cover 20 is designed to be openable only outside and also elastically energized toward closing side.
