To make uniform digital signals from sensors inputted to separate computers as much as possible, in a throttle valve control device for controlling operations of a vehicle.
This control device is a throttle valve control device which electrically controls the opening of a throttle valve to control the driving of an engine by means of the first computer 20 having the first AD converter 21 for converting analog signals outputted from sensors 12, 13 for detecting the opening of the throttle valve into digital signals, and the second computer 30 having the second AD converter 31 for converting analog signals outputted from the sensors 12, 13 into digital signals, and provided with a reference voltage generating circuit capable of being electrically connected to the first and second AD converters respectively in order to provide a reference voltage common to the first and second computers.
