Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill head which maintains low-noise operation, improves the workability and drilling speed of a drill, and has a through-type structure, to thereby improve the efficiency of pipe insertion/withdrawal work of a drill rod.
SOLUTION: The through-type drill head is composed of a spindle having a through hole formed therein, a rotation drive unit for applying a rotational force to the spindle, an exciting device for applying an exciting force to the spindle, a housing in which a spindle gear for rotating the spindle is built in, and a first rod connecting device connecting the drill rod to one end of the spindle. Preferably the drill head is further composed of a second rod connecting device connected to the spindle gear rotated separately from the spindle, and has the drill rod connected thereto.
