Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sprayability and heat stability so as to increase dispersion performance by sticking a body fluid impermeable barrier layer to a body fluid permeable cover layer and forming either of the layers of a water- dispersible copolyester composition. SOLUTION: The outer part of a throw-away absorber product is set to a barrier 1 having body fluid impermeability and the barrier is stuck to a tissue layer 2 inside of a diaper with adhesive 3 of assembly. The core 4 for the absorber product is, for example, made of fiber pulp and contains highly water absorptive granular polymer 5. The absorber product is sandwiched between the tissue layer 2 and a cover 6 having body fluid permeability. In this case, a copolyester having respense to water is used as a material for forming the cover 6 or a film for the existing cover 6 so as to eliminate any necessity of using a surfactant. Such copolyester and a thermoplastic composition containing it are insoluble in the body fluid, however, as the copolyester is hydrophilic, it responds to the body fluid.
