Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stably produce steel materials of prescribed quality by repeating the open/close operation of a throwing gate after arrival of the weighed value of a weighing machine at a preliminarily set prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:After weighed values of weighing machines 5A and 5B arrive at the preliminarily set prescribed value in the supplying work of solid-state materials like convertor auxiliary materials 1A and 1b, the open/close operation of a throwing gate 6 is repeated to apply a shock to a weighing hopper 4 and to solid-state materials directly. Solid-state materials showing the bridge phenomenon or stuck to a wall are fluidized to throw all of solid-state materials to a reception vessel like a convertor without remaining in the weighing hopper 4. Thus, steel materials having prescribed components or a prescribed component ratio are stably produced.
