PURPOSE: To intend to improve withstand voltage properties and prevent fusing and drop of the electric wire, by winding wound grip which is composed of semi-conductive material and is formed in spiral state previously on the surface of the wire for a constant length of both sides from a fixed point of insulator through tacky layer.
CONSTITUTION: Aerial insulated electric wire 4 is fixed on an insulator 3 at a transverse fixture 2 which is fixed on an electric pole 1 through binding wire 7, and wound grip 5 which is composed of semi-conductive material and is previously formed in spiral shape is wound and fixed on the wire for a constant length of both sides from a fixed point of an insulator 3 of the insulated wire 4, through tacky layer 6. The tacky layer 6 is formed by winding insulated tape or semi-conductive tape and the like which has tacky material on both sides, or it may be formed by semi-conductive material of semicircle pipe state which has tacky material on both sides.
