Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide almost stepless control of SCR phases by generating SCR gate signals when the specified conditions are met by using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A load such as the first signal obtained by full wave rectifying 2 the alterneting current nearly equivalent to the phase of load current of motor is inputted to one of the interruption terminal of microcomputer MC9 through SCR and the output of, for example, oscillator 10 with 2KHz of frequency which is higher than that of the first signal is inputted to the other interrupt terminal. Then, the program is set in such a way that the second signal is counted by MC9 operated with the zero level of first signal being the start signal and when the counted number reaches the preset number, the gate trigger signal of SCR is outputted. Therefore, with this output, almost stepless control of 40 steps of continuity of SCR can be made and the construction of circuit is simple and only two signals are required for the control. Furthermore, the circuit can be made without using any terminal for interruption terminal.
