Abstract:
To provide a ticket issuing system with high convenience for a user.
A ticket issuing terminal 11 issues a ticket for entering a facility. A camera 61 photographs a situation inside the facility to acquire image information. An image analysis unit stores the image information photographed with the camera 61 to analyze a state of visitors existing in the facility from the image information. A congestion determining unit determines a congestion degree in the facility on the basis of the state of the visitors existing in the facility extracted by the analysis unit. A ticket issuing control unit controls issuing ticket from the issuing terminal 11 on the basis of the congestion degree determined by the congestion determining unit.
