Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent construction efficiency and to ensure welding strength by forming a tie metal fitting which has an anchor bar fixing part having a slit opened and a bed metal fitting fixing part provided in the vicinity of the end part in the longitudinal direction of the slit.
SOLUTION: A cement leveler 4 is spread on the top surface of a concrete foundation 2 to make it level. Next, an anchor bar 5 embedded in the foundation 2 is fitted to a slit 1b of a tie metal fitting 1. Along with this, a flat bar 3 is disposed on the upper end 2a of the foundation 2 by using a reference line marked thereon or a leveling string. Subsequently, the tie metal fitting 1 is slid in the direction of thickness of the foundation 2 by shifting the position of the slit 1b along the anchor bar 5. Positioning is made so that a flat bar fixing part 1d may sit on the upper surface of the flat bar 3. The two are welded, in succession, and the anchor bar 5 and the metal fitting 1 are welded together, so that the flat bar 3 be fixed. A panel is erected on a building frame thereafter with the lower end set thereon. According to this constitution, it is possible to correct a construction error of the anchor bar 5 easily and to ensure the strength of welding.
