PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency and economy by preventing a wire rod, drawn out from a tight coil, from being entangled so that the wire rod can be continuously used.
CONSTITUTION: A tight coil winding device is provided with a winding spool 1 for winding a wire rod 2, guide pulleys 7, 8, 9 for guiding the wire rod 2 and a rotary unit 3 for winding the wire rod 2 to this spool 1 by rotating the rotary unit in the periphery of the winding spool 1. A wire pressing roller 21 for correcting the wire rod 2, curled by the guide pulleys 7, 8, 9 according to a diameter of the winding spool 1 is provided in the rotary unit 3, and a curl diameter of the wire rod 2, wound to the spool 1, is corrected by the roller 21 and adjusted matched with an external diameter of the spool 1. When the wire rod 2 is drawn out from a tight coil and used, the wire rod 2 in an internal side end surface of the tight coil is prevented from being loosened, dropped to collapse to the inside and drawn out by making a bundle.
