PURPOSE: To surely hold a bobbin and prevent the bungling of the winding of a package by holding the inside of the bobbin by spreading a tilt member separated in the peripheral direction, in the tightening device for the bobbin in a taking-up machine for taking up a synthetic fiber yarn.
CONSTITUTION: When a bobbin 18 is held, the pressurized air supplied from the rear part of a bobbin holder body 15 is cut off, and the pressurized air in a cylinder chamber 15c is discharged through the hole 15b part of the bobbin holder body 15, and a piston 5 is shifted to the right side by the spring force of a belleville spring 7. When the piston 5 is shifted to the right side, a cap 4 connected with the piston 5 is shifted to the right side by a rod 9, and when the collar of a tilt member 12 is loosened, a compression coil spring 23 is extended, and the title surface of the second tilt member 22 rides over the tilt surface of the first tilt member 21, and the tilt member 22 is spread in the radial direction, and holds the inside of the bobbin 18. The tilt member 22 spread by the compression coil spring 23 is further compressed by the belleville spring 7, and the holding force is increased.
