PURPOSE: To provide a tile carpet cleaning machine having improved cleaning effect and drying effect.

CONSTITUTION: A detergent is dropped through a detergent nozzle 251 on a detergent spraying brush 241 vibrating in contact with the outer circumference of a 1st cleaning brush 221, the sprayed detergent mist is applied to a tile carpet and the carpet is cleaned with the 1st cleaning brush 221. In the similar manner, a rinsing agent is dropped through a rinsing agent nozzle 252 on a rinsing agent spraying brush 242 vibrating in contact with the outer circumference of a 2nd cleaning brush 222, the sprayed rinsing agent mist is applied to the tile carpet and the carpet is cleaned with the 2nd cleaning brush 222. The detergent and the rinsing agent attached to the cleaned tile carpet are sucked together with air by a suction nozzle 26 and the detergent and the rinsing agent are separated from the air by a separator 18. The separated air is compressed and heated with a blower 10 and blasted through drying nozzles 29, 30 to dry the tile carpet.
