Abstract:
PURPOSE: To return the same number of tiles onto the main transportation line again by automatically supplementing the shortage of tiles in the case of picking up tiles for sampling inspection from the main transportation line and disposing of inferior or destraction-inspected tiles.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tiles picked up from the main transportation conveyer belt 10 are mounted on a first transportation conveyer 14 in a state of alignment, and they are successively transported to the removing position 38. Tiles 12 at the removing position 38 are removed by a robot in order to be inspected by each inspection machine 42, 44, 46, 47, 48. When some of the tiles are found to be disposed after inspection, tiles 12 corresponding to the number are supplied from the supplement belt conveyer 26 to the first belt conveyer 14 through a transshipment belt conveyer 36, and the whole number of them is returned onto the main transportation belt conveyer 10 after making it equal to the number of a picking up period.
