Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tile excellent in metal fitting fixing property, a metal fitting for tile fitting for surely fitting to the tile, a fitting method of the metal fitting, a construction method of a tile to which the metal fitting is fixed, and a method of manufacturing a PC concrete plate using the tile where the metal fitting is fixed.SOLUTION: A tile 10 includes a groove 30 provided on a rear surface 20, and a metal fitting 40 fixed to the groove 30. The metal fitting 40 includes two contact parts 44a, 44b provided with a slit 42 in between, and connection parts 46a, 46b for connecting the two contact parts 44a, 44b. Relating to the metal fitting 40, the two contact parts 44a, 44b contact two side surfaces 34, 34b facing the groove 30, and a deformation preventing member 60 is arranged at the slit 42 so that the two contact parts 44a, 44b are limited to move in the direction where they approach each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
