Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a facility and stably supply electric power to a device at the jig side.SOLUTION: A tilt device has a facility part 11, a jig part 12, and a rotary joint 13 disposed between the facility part 11 and the jig part 12. The rotary joint 13 includes a shaft 14 which penetrates through the interior. The facility part 11, in which one end part 14b of the shaft 14 is disposed, has a power part 11a which generates power for rotating the shaft 14. The jig part 12, in which the other end part 14c of the shaft 14 is disposed, has a power generation part 12a which utilizes rotation of the shaft 14 to generate power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
