Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt hinge in which looseness is not generated between a washer for pressing and a rotating shaft.
SOLUTION: A small diameter part 5c of a shaft 5 having a large diameter part 5b, the small diameter part 5c and an external thread part 5e is borne by a bearing plate 3b of a fixing member to be fixed to either one side of an opening and shutting member which is fixed to an equipment main body so as to be freely opened and shut. Either one of the opening and shutting member and an equipment main body is fixed to the shaft 5. Friction plates 7, 9 are arranged on one side part or both side parts of the bearing plate 3, while the small diameter part 5c penetrates each central part. A spring washer 8 is arranged on a free end surface of one side or both of the friction plates 7, 9, while the small diameter part 5c penetrates a central part. A washer 10 for pressing is further fixed from an external thread part side of the shaft 5, while the small diameter part 5c penetrates a central part, and made to abut against the free end surface side of the spring washer 8 on the free end side of the small diameter part 5c. A binding nut 11 is screwed with the external thread part, and the spring washer 8 is pressure-welded to the friction plates 7, 9 via the washer 10 for pressing.
