To improve precision of time in electronic equipment even if time of the electronic equipment is asynchronous with time of a time-providing server.SOLUTION: A CPU 10 includes: a determination processing part 110 for determining whether time is in a synchronous state or in an asynchronous state; a recording processing part 130 for recording a time difference between time of a printing device 1 and time provided by PC2 in a recording part 20 when time is in the synchronous state; and a setting processing part 140 for setting time of the printing device 1 by referring to the time difference and time provided by PC 2 when time is in the asynchronous state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
