PURPOSE: To start the call processing test of a telephone exchange at arbitrary time.

CONSTITUTION: A control part 11 judges whether a command inputted from an input/output part 14 shows time designation or not and when this command is a time designating command, it is judged whether the contents of the inputted command are normal or not. When the contents are abnormal, error display is performed to the input/output part 14. When the contents are normal, test starting time setting data a set by the time designating command and test content setting data are stored in a registration job save area 12. On the other hand, the control part 11 reads present time information from a timer part 13 periodically and compares the information with the starting time setting data stored in the registration job save area 12 and when both of time is coincident, the call processing test set by the test content setting data in the registration job save area 12 is started.
