PURPOSE: To contribute effectively to smokers by providing a lighter part with a function of disallowing lighting at a prescribed probability.

CONSTITUTION: The generation probability of a signal for inhitibing lighting from a timer circuit 1 is inputted previously to the memory in the circuit from the operation switch in the circuit 1. For example, a minimum unit of lighting inhibition or noninhibition is set to 5min and the inhibition generation possibility 11/12 is inputted from the timer operation switch part. In this case, when the lighting switch of a timepiece with a lighter is operated by 5min at every one hour, the lighting interval of the lighter part remains in effect. Namely, the inhibition state is effective for 55min after the lighting is allowed to be effective for 5min.
