Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the tip part of the endoscope which eliminates the adverse influence of reflected light on the internal surface of a transparent cover upon an observed image even when the surface of a lighting window and the surface of an observation window are covered with a transparent cover. CONSTITUTION:The lighting window 13 for projecting illumination light and the observation window 14 for guiding a light image in an objective optical system 18 are arranged in a row atop of an insertion part, and the surface of the lighting window 13 and the surface of the observation window 14 are covered with the transparent cover 30. At the tip part of this endoscope, a primary reflected image 25a by the surface of the transparent cover 30 of the outer edge part 25 of window glass 17 provided to the observation window 14 is positioned outside the visual field range A of the objective optical system 18.
