To prevent damage by a fire of a cutting object material and abrasion of an edge part by frictional heat of adhesion to a side surface of the cutting object material by fixing a cemented carbide tip to form a small width projecting strip extending in the central direction of a main body from the edge part, to both sides of a front face being the rotary surface side of sawtoothed respective tooth stands of an outer peripheral part of a disk-shaped main body.

A main body 11 is formed in a disk shape by a steel plate material, and sawtoothed tooth stands 12 are formed at an equal pitch in the circumferential direction in its outer peripheral part, and a step part 13 to which a tip is fixed is formed on the front side of the respective tooth stands 12. A tip is formed in a slender rectangular parallelopiped shape by a cemented carbide material, and a projecting strip 16 extending in the central direction of the main body 11 from an edge part with a small width, is integrally provided on its both sides. This is extended in the radial direction of the main body 11, and is placed on the step part 13, and is integrally fixed by silver solder or the like. Therefore, when a cutting object material is cut, since the projecting strip 16 contacts in the small area with a cutting cross section of the cutting object material, the cutting object material hardly adheres to a side surface, and the cutting object material is not damaged by a fire, and abrasion of an edge is reduced.
