Abstract:
To provide a tire abnormality detector capable of correctly detecting abnormality in a tire.
The tire abnormality detector 60 having an abnormality detection sensor and a communication instrument is provided on a rim 40 to constitute a wheel 20. When foreign matters in the tire 30 are brought into contact with the abnormality detection sensor, the tire abnormality detector 60 transmits the contact to a vehicle body side communication instrument 70. An ECU 80 operates a buzzer 76 based on information on detection of foreign matters transmitted from the vehicle body side communication instrument 70 and notifies a driver of the contact.
