Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air pressure drop alarm device allowing a driver to easily recognize the lowering extent of the tire air pressure and giving no discomfort to a fellow occupant.
SOLUTION: This tire air pressure drop alarm device is provided with a pressure sensor 18 detecting the tire air pressure, an air pressure lowering determination step 50 determining whether or not the tire air pressure lowers to a level of giving an alarm based on the detection result of the pressure sensor 18, an air pressure corresponding vibration pattern setting step 52 setting to a vibration pattern where the amplitude of steering vibration is set larger as the tire air pressure is lowered more, when determining the lowering of the tire air pressure, and a motor command step 57 outputting a vibration change command according to the setting of the vibration pattern to a lane keep actuator 8 provided in the steering system.
