To provide a tire air pressure monitor for miniaturizing and power-saving a battery-driven device provided on a tire side, and to provide a vehicle provided with it.
In a diagnosis unit 50, an ID verifying part 52 outputs a detection result of tire air pressure to an air-pressure calibration part 56 if a wheel ID included in a receiving signal is matched with a registered wheel ID in a set value storing part 53. An atmospheric pressure detection part 54 finds atmospheric pressure of a current position on the basis of height of the current position detected with the GPS system. An air-pressure calibration part 56 calibrates the detection result of the tire air-pressure to the air pressure of reference atmospheric pressure. An air-pressure diagnosis part 57 compares the tire air pressure after calibration with reference air pressure, and if the tire air pressure is low, a prescribed error code is stored to a storing part 58. A diagnosis part 58 outputs to read a diagnosis result corresponding to the error code registered in the storing part 58 from the set value storing part 53.
