Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely clean a tire by a structure wherein a supporting plate is fixed between two rollers, which drivingly rotate the wheel placed thereon, and brushes are provided on the supporting plate so as to be pushed up at all times by means of a spring and, in addition, water streams are jetted toward the upper edges of the rollers.

CONSTITUTION: The two parallel rollers 7 and 8 are provided in front and in rear of an underframe 1 imbedded in the ground. The rollers 7 and 8 are rotated in the directions indicated with the arrows D and yet spiral non-slip stripes 10 are provided on the peripheral surface thereof. In addition, the supporting plate 11 is provided in the middle of the rollers 7 and 8 and vertically movably provided with a large member of brushes 12 arranged in an array so as to be pushed up at all times by means of the spring 15. Furthermore, the interiors of the side frames 3 of the underframe 1 is partitioned by partition walls 20 so as to form water supply pipes 21, in each of which a large member of nozzles 22 are provided. Water stream W is jetted toward the upper edges of the rollers 7 and 8 from the nozzles 22.
