The tire cooling device to be installed on a vehicle equipped with the run flat tire includes: air pressure detecting means for detecting the air pressure of the run flat tire; vehicle height changing means for changing vehicle height; and control means for controlling the vehicle height changing means so as to raise the vehicle height when the air pressure detected by the air pressure detection means is less than a predetermined value.
