Abstract:
To provide a tire failure alarming device having an enhanced detection accuracy for a tire failure, and a pneumatic tire.
The tire failure alarming device gives an alarm by detecting a failure of the tire based on the signal detected by a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of a pneumatic tire 10. A tire mounting unit 1 having the temperature sensor, an antenna, and a transmitting section is buried at least in the neighborhood of edge portions 14a, 16a of tire composing members 14, 16 arranged inside the pneumatic tire 10. The tire composing members 14, 16 are a belt layer and/or a carcass layer.
