Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a tire T that can obtain the high-quality tire T in which a tread 42 does not easily peel off from a base tire 4.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes: a first step of ejecting a rubber composition for a tread 42 from a nozzle 18 to form a precursor 36 of an element 34 on an outer peripheral surface of a base tire 4; and a second step of curing the precursor 36 by irradiating the precursor 36 with ultraviolet rays to form the element 34. The first step and the second step are performed alternately. A cutting tensile strength of the tread 42 is 5 MPa or more, and a compression permanent strain of the tread 42 is 10% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
