To improve tire non-skid efficiency by preventing a non-skid member from being rotated with respect to a cord body by surely biting it into snow, compacted snow, and ice.
The tire non-skid device is provided with the cord body 20, which can be wound around over a tread part 10, sidewall part 11, and rim part 12 of a tire T, each non-skid member 30, which is provided at a part of the cord body 20 corresponding to the outside of the tread part 11 of the tire T, and a fixing member 40 for fixing the one-end 20a side of the cord body 20 to the other-end 20b side of the cord body 20. The non-skid member 30 is composed of a tubular body 31, into which the cord body 20 is inserted, and at least one protruded body 32 that is protrudingly provided on the outer periphery of the tubular body 31, located on the face opposite to the side facing the tread part 11 of the tire T when the cord body 20 is wound around, and formed into a plate shape having a plane parallel to an axial direction of the tubular body 31.
