A tire for a passenger car is mounted in a rim J having a rim circular arc surface J3 connecting a rim seat surface J1 having a linear shape to tilt relating to a tire axial direction and a rim flange surface J2 extended in a tire radial direction. A swollen part 7 reducing a space between itself and the rim circular arc surface J3 is provided in a bead corner surface 7 which is in a range opposed to each other to the rim circular arc surface J3 of the rim by rim assembling in the rim and charging it with an internal pressure, in a bead surface 6 comprising a bead seat surface 3 tilted in the tire axial direction and a bead outer side surface 5 connected to this bead seat surface 3 through a bead circular arc surface 4 to be extended in the tire radial direction. A swelling height (h) of this swollen part 7 from the bead surface 6 to a rim side is set to 0.3 to 1.0 mm.
