Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire testing method causing a testing area of a tested tire to collide against a colliding target in a single colliding test.SOLUTION: A tested tire is mounted on a vehicle via a rim having a plurality of spokes. A tire testing method includes: a first step S1 of acquiring a target speed of the vehicle; a second step S2 of arranging a testing area of the tested tire projected in a tire radial direction of the center of the spoke at a top of a vertical direction of the colliding target of a pot hole; a third step S3 of acquiring a first phase of the spoke by receding the vehicle up to a standard position; a fourth step S4 of allowing the vehicle to travel so as to get the target speed from a near side of the standard position toward the pot hole; a fifth step S5 of acquiring a second phase of each spoke at the moment having passed the standard position by the vehicle; and a sixth step S6 of determining whether or not the vehicle is allowed to avoid from the pot hole by comparing the first phase and the second phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
