Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the deflation of a tire due to a mischief done to an existing air filling part in a bicycle and make an existing disc-wheel structure wheel or the like circular in appearance by removing the existing air filling part.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 8 and a tire 7 are provided, and an air filling part is provided at a tire side wall part. A nut 4 is removed to fill air.
