To provide a device capable of automatically performing the management from the detection of any uneven wear of a tire to the determination of countermeasures.
The tire shape is read by a scanner (S3), and the read shape is compared with the shape of the same new tire (S4). As a result of comparison, the partial wear DB is retrieved based on the differential shape to determine presence/absence and kind of the uneven wear (S5). When the uneven wear is examined for all tires of one vehicle, a tire position changing method and the instruction for other countermeasures which are extracted by retrieving the position change DB and the countermeasures DB are displayed. Detection of the uneven wear through display of the countermeasures are automatically performed, and the experiences and knowledge of workers are not requested, and their labor can be reduced.
