This tire valve holder 5 is fitted into a valve holder installing hole 21 of a vehicle wheel comprising a wheel disk 2, a rim 4 having an annular wall 41 arranged at an outer circumference of the wheel disk 2, the valve holder installing hole 21 formed at the axial center of the wheel disk 2 into a shape having its diameter near its axial central portion different from diameters at both axial sides, and a communication passage 22 communicating between the valve holder installing hole 21 and the annular wall 41. A tire valve 6 is internally set at a substantial axis, the outer circumferential wall has a communication hole 52a communicating from the outer circumference of the part near the axial central part (an intermediate diameter part 52) with the tire valve 6, the diameter of the portion near the central part (the intermediate diameter part 52) is formed in a stepwise manner different from the diameters at both axial sides (a large diameter part 51 and a small diameter part 53), and its shape corresponds to a shape of the valve holder installing hole 21.
