Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire valve unit capable of detecting that a sensor unit separates from a tire valve.SOLUTION: A tire valve unit 10 is composed by integrating a tire valve 40 mounted to a rim 5a of a vehicular wheel 5 with a sensor unit 3 including a detector for detecting a condition in a tire to wirelessly transmit the detection result to a receiver unit and including a power source. The tire valve 40 and the sensor unit 3 are connected to each other by a connection means including an insertion hole 47b formed on the tire valve 40, a bolt 49 inserted in the insertion hole 47b, and a nut member 48 installed on the sensor unit 3 and allowing the bolt 49 to be screwed thereto. The tire valve unit 10 includes a switch 50 capable of opening/closing electric connection between the power source and the detector, a tip of the bolt 49 screwed to the nut member 48 comes into contact with the switch 50, and thereby the switch 50 is turned on to electrically connect the power source to the detector.
