Abstract:
A tire vulcanizing mold comprises a tread ring for molding and vulcanizing the tread portion of a tire, which is composed of sector molds circumferentially and divisionally formed, and making planar contact with each other. Each sector mold is composed of a segment and movable molding pieces disposed arcuately on the inner surface side of the segment. The movable molding pieces of each sector mold are urged away from each other.
