Abstract:

To provide a rubber composition for sidewalls balancedly improved in durability and rolling resistance and to provide a tire having a sidewall comprising the same.

Provided are a rubber composition for sidewalls comprising 100 pts.mass rubber component, 25 to 100 pts.mass reinforcement and 2 to 30 pts.mass compound satisfying formula (1): -(R-Sx)n- (1) (wherein R is a group represented by formula (2); x is an integer of 3 to 6; n is an integer of 10 to 400, and m is an integer of 2 to 5) and a tire having a sidewall comprising the same.
