Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a coating material which can prevent tires from wearing out during high-speed running by compounding a cold-setting resin which can be hardened without any solvent and a solid lubricant having a cleavage plane. CONSTITUTION:The title coating material is obtained by compounding a cold- setting resin which can be hardened without any solvent and has as its main components a prepolymer having preferably a radical-polymerizable functional group and a reactive monomer which can react with the prepolymer; a solid lubricant having a cleavage plane, which is selected from among a carbide with a layered structure, a nitride, a sulfide of a heavy metal and a halide of cadmium; and optionally an inorganic filler.
