PURPOSE: To deliver a voice to other divers with a simple device by providing a diaphragm film, a mouth pad and a drainage port to the main body and mounting a specific mouth piece to the drainage port.

CONSTITUTION: The main body 1 is provided with a diaphragm film 2, a mouth pad 3, and a drainage port 4. A rubber made and tapered drainage port 4 is preferred because an opening of a mouth piece 5 is inserted easily thereto even under water and intrusion of water is prevented. Then the mouth piece 5 of a regulator second stage mounted to a diving air tank is mounted to the drainage port 4. In this case, the regulator second stage exclusively for this main body may be provided to the drainage port 4 without mount/dismount under water or the regulator second stage provided with this function may be used. Thus, voice is delivered to other divers without the use of any electric method and adoption of an enclosed pressure-tight structure.
