PURPOSE: To acquire a control channel of a predetermined base station even in an area where cell areas are in crossing by acquiring a control channel to make communication when a discrimination means discriminates coincidence of identification information.
CONSTITUTION: A ROM 307, a RAM 308, an EEPROM 309 are storage means respectively storing information and identification information AID of a predetermined base station is stored in the storage means. whether or not the user uses only a home station is discriminated by data commanded by the user in the discrimination processing and AID comparison processing. When the use of only the home station is desired as a result, whether or not an AID-P in a home area registered in the inside of the radio telephone equipment itself (e.g. EEPROM 309) is coincident with the received AID is discriminated and when coincident, notice information revision processing is executed to acquire a control channel and to make communication.
