Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve assembling efficiency and save material cost by pressing a filament support and a current control grid while they are connected with tie bars.
CONSTITUTION: Such parts as current control grids and filament supports 5-1, 5-2 developed as shown in the figure are connected together by means of tie bars 6d, and one sheet of SUS plywood is produced as a raw material plate through chemical etching process thereof. Next, the fixed part 6b of the current control grid and the filament syooirts 5-1, 5-2 are also formed simultaneously by the press molding.
