Abstract:
Disclosed are aromatic sulphoxides and sulphones of formula (I), in which the substituents and index have the following meanings: X is nitrogen or a methine group C-H; Y is oxygen or sulphur; Z is nitrogen or a group C-R<5>; n is 1 or 2; R<1> is halogen, alkyl, alkyl halide, alkoxy, alkoxy halide, alkylthio, alkylamino and/or dialkylamino; R<2> is alkyl, alkyl halide, alkoxy halide; R<3> is hydrogen, a group OR<6>, a group of formula (a) shown in which R<7> and R<8> can be either identical or different and m can be 0 or 1; R<4>, R<5>, R<6>, R<7> and R<8> have the meanings indicated in claim 1.
